Warranty Statement

Three (3) Months from the Date of Invoice Warranty statement to our customers for Projector Lamps Products.

Six (6) Months from the Date of Invoice warranty statement to our customers for Rear Projection TV Lamps Products.

Three (3) Months from the Date of Invoice Warranty statement to our customers for all other Lamp Products unless stated otherwise in descriptions.

Any complaint will be directly handled by sending an email to: complaint@bulbtogo.com.

We assure quality and provide good quality products to avoid return and replacement.

PROJECTOR LAMP PRODUCTS-LIMITED WARRANTY QUALITATIVELY:

To assure your complete satisfaction, BulbToGo.Com products are backed by 90 days limited warranty to the initial purchaser. Lamps returned, as a result of defective material of workmanship within 90 days under normal use and service, from the date of purchase or from the date of delivery, will be repair, replace or refunded the purchase price after inspection and testing by bulbtogo.com without cost to the buyer.

This warranty shall not apply, and BulbToGo.Com shall have no liability with respect to any return product which has been altered, damaged, misused, abused, improperly installed, missing parts, or replaced with parts not supplied by BulbToGo.Com.

For this warranty to be valid, customer must returned the allegedly defective product in its original package, shipment costs prepaid, following BulbToGo.com testing process. Bulbtogo.com is not responsible for damages in shipment. BulbToGo.com will only pay return shipping charges not exceeding the lowest rate, which would apply from the original destination on all return products found to be defective due to workmanship or other specification(s).

BulbToGo.com shall not be obligated for any charges when returned product proves to be free from defect and meet material specifications. BulbToGo.com liability for defective products shall be limited wholly to replacement, repair, or refund. BulbToGo.com shall not be liable for any consequential or punitive damages nor any loss, damages or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the use of the product.
