Please read through the policy prior to returning any item. By honoring this policy, you allow us to continue to offer excellent brand name products at discount prices.
Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within Three (3) days. The order must be returned to bulbtogo.com within Thirty(30) days of purchase. Items received after Thirty (30)-days time period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Upon receipt of your item, bulbtogo.com will issue a credit and the original shipping fees. Bulbtogo.com charges a 10% restocking fee for all non-damaged/ non-defective returned items.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. Any item returned in non-original packaging, or packaging that has been damaged, disfigured, or otherwise altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you, unless damages were caused during shipping. If you refuse the package, Bulbtogo.com reserves the right to liquidate and will not offer any credit to you.We'll abosolutely not accept any lamp(s) that was return because of equipment(s) failure Eg. Power failure, equipment malfunctions, rough installation etc.
Returning an Item
Email Bulbtogo.com with your return request with the e-mail address under contact us. You must include the Order Number, reason for the return, and personal contact information in the email. Any email received without this information will not be accepted, and a response will not be given. If the return meets the requirements, Bulbtogo.com will issue you a Number via email or call 866-681-8992 within 48 hours. Returns must be received by Bulbtogo.com or post marked within 30 days from the original purchase date. For your protection we suggest all returns be sent through some traceable carrier.
Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect the returned merchandise and issue you a credit minus the handling fee and original shipping. Bulbtogo.com charges a 10% restocking fee for all non-damaged/ non-defective returned items. The credit will be issued directly back to the active purchasing credit card.

We have comparatively low/competitive pricing, excellent brands, sensitive customer handling, practical warranty statements, and perfect after sales services.For all Original bulbs/Lamps, you'll clearly see Manufacturer Original lamp, while for generic Brands, you might see lamp with Housing/Cage in the detail. BulbToGo.com reserved the right to substitute original Brand with generic ones, and the price difference will be refunded back to customer credit card.
