A. A bare lamp as it relates to projectors lamp, is a lamp that comes without the housing. Most projector replacement lamps come with the bare lamp and the housing mounted into one unit. Actually, lots of them are really not necessary. By buying only the bare lamp and inserting it into your existing housing could save you lots of money if you can do it yourself.

A. The replacement lamp with housing is the entire unit, which includes the lamp and housing all sold and mounted together as one unit exactly like the old one in your unit or projector
Q. How do I know the lamp wasn't ship to me bad?
A. we do have a quality control department that checks all lamps before shipment.
Q. How do you (bulbtogo.com) know the amount of hours I’ve put on the lamp during warranty period if I m to return it for any reason(s)?
A. We have a way to accurately tell us if hours was put on the lamp(s).
Q. How long will it take for you (bulbtogo.com) to settle any problem(s) that may occur?

A. 4-6 business days, if the product is still not available in our warehouse before or on the 6 business day, your money will be refunded immediately
